Since leaving Australia, Ben and I have been seriously craving some Vitamin D. We took advantage of the long, hot european summer days in Greece.. soaking up as much sun as we could. These were taken in Naxos, a short stroll up the beach from our apartment. This so called "summer" we are having here in London is making me miss Greece!

Atlantis

Santorini.. believed by some to be the lost city of Atlantis. Is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. These photos were shot in Oia, known best for its sunset spot. We stayed in an amazing cave house amongst the rambling streets with a stunning view of the caldera. We did so much walking, I'm surprised that I didn't wear a hole in the bottom of the sandals I bought in Athens. The shops are filled with one off finds. I bought myself what added up to be something like 10kg of jewellery (at least it felt like that much in my suitcase) and an amazing new cape. I'm dreaming of being back there on this rainy London afternoon.

Fresh Air

Bens sister invited us to stay at the cottage with them this past week in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria. It was such a nice little getaway, it eased us back into reality after a month in Greece. We spent a few nights here at the Waitby School - which has been converted into a self contained cottage - on our way up to Edinburgh. The rainbow presented itself after a storm on our last night here.

Lost at Sea

I am slowing sifting through the thousands of images that a month in the Greek Isles has produced. Here are a few snaps from Ios, more known for its party scene.. but we decided to chill in our hotel which was perched up high on the island giving us the most amazing views of the beach and Santorini on a clear day.
